Frequently Asked Questions
Cash-based physical therapy means you pay directly for your care rather than going through insurance. This allows for one-on-one treatment, longer visits, personalized care, and a plan focused entirely on your goals—not insurance limitations.
At Longevity Lift PT, we provide a more personalized and focused approach to care. Every session is one-on-one with your physical therapist, allowing us to spend the time needed to fully understand your goals and what’s driving your symptoms. Rather than following a standard protocol, your treatment plan is tailored specifically to you and designed to deliver real, lasting results. Our approach emphasizes strength, movement, and long-term progress—not just temporary relief. Because we are a cash-based practice, your care is not limited by insurance restrictions, allowing us to focus entirely on what you need to move better, feel stronger, and stay active for the long term.
